A Commuter Friendly Addition to Wicker Park

Anchoring the corner of Ashland and Division, the once abandoned corner formerly occupied by the Pizza Hut will now be home to one of Chicago’s very first purely commuter buildings. The 1611 W Division development is moving along at a rapid pace and will feature 99 well appointed studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Below at street level, Crubed Chicago has reported that the commercial spaces will be occupied by PNC Bank and a coffee house, highly rumored to be owned by Intelligentsia. Rentology is excited for our new neighbor, and to be cooperating on the leasing of this building.
