Although the services we offer to help you find an apartment are free, once we have helped you find an apartment that is a good fit, the following fees will need to be paid:
- $40 Application fee for your application to be processed
- The First Month’s Rent, equal to the agreed upon monthly rental rate, to secure the apartment once approved.
- A Security Deposit or move in fee as deemed appropriate by the apartment owner or management between lease signing and move in day
